The mid-20th century (1950s and '60s in particular) was an interesting time in home building for a lot of reasons - most notably because architects and home builders were realizing that they were creating more than shelter; they had the power to improve the quality of life of those who live there. It's this focus on good design and an improved quality of life that has led me to specialize in the sale of mid-century and modern homes in the Denver area as an Associate Broker at Realty ONE Group Premier.
Since that discovery, my research has expanded, resulting in the creation of a map and database of nearly all 7,000+ mid-century modern homes in the Denver metro area, as well as giving talks and writing articles about other local mid-century modern neighborhoods, co-founding Denver Modernism Week, co-leading Docomomo US/Colorado and building a strong reputation for being a reliable knowledge resource about mid-century homes and neighborhoods in Denver - helping homeowners, real estate agents, local historians, and others understand the history and design of mid-20th century homes and neighborhoods in the area.
